She helps professionals, entrepreneurs, and organizations turn AI knowledge into practical action—using emerging technology to solve meaningful problems, create opportunity, generate income, and strengthen the way people work and build. Her approach makes AI human, practical, and accessible while emphasizing responsible adoption, human judgment, and real-world application.
Raye Shurice is an AI Revenue Strategist, Educator, Speaker, and Certified AI Consultant with more than a decade of experience in business operations, talent strategy, organizational leadership, and process improvement. She is the Founder of BrightRaye Solutions, a human-centered AI technology company focused on agentic AI solutions for business.
Raye's path to AI didn't start in technology. It started with people. Her career has moved through recruiting, talent, workforce strategy, and organizational leadership—work centered on understanding people's capabilities, connecting them to opportunity, and helping organizations make better decisions about talent. Earlier in her career she served as Director of Talent Placement & Partnerships at Management Leadership for Tomorrow, supporting enterprise talent initiatives and cross-functional operational programs.
AI expanded that question: what happens when people suddenly have access to tools that can help them think, create, analyze, build, and execute differently? That question became central to her work. She holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is a CPD-accredited Certified AI Consultant.
Raye believes the future of AI should not belong only to technologists; it belongs to the everyday professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, and communities willing to learn how to use it well.
